The better you take care of yourself, the better you can take care of everyone else.Teenage, college-age, and young adult women are very welcome.The retreat will take place at beautiful Camp Johnsonburg in the heart of nature’s beauty located off of Rt. 80- exit 19 (5 miles outside of Hackettstown).The day will be hosted by Express Yourself Today LLC and facilitated by Dari Dyrness-Olsen, MA, LPC, who is a Licensed Professional Counselor.The fee is $97 per person. Pre-Registration is required & space is limited. This program is tax deductible as an educational expense- a receipt will be provided.
